2010 Dues Announced

In accordance with Article 12.2.2 of the International Brotherhood of Boilermakers Constitution, effective January 1, 2010 the monthly dues for Local Lodge No. 237 (East Hartford, CT) will be increasing as follows:

Working Dues: from $37.65 to $38.75
Non-Working Dues: from $27.20 to $27.75

Please note that the office is required to report all monthly dues payments to the International Office via e-mail. The reports are pulled directly from the ‘ALPS’ Program – where we are required to post member’s dues. Dues are pulled directly from from this report on the 15th of each month – meaning there is no longer the ability for us to wait to send in reports. In short, this means dues must paid on time or members risk losing their books (the reinstatement fee is $1,000 plus any past dues owed).
